Providing personalised fitness and nutrition guides, I created Body to be the plan I wished I had when I first started.
I know firsthand how it feels to be doing what you think is right, following trends and influencers, cutting foods out, only to end up tired and no closer to your goals.
That’s Why I Created Body.
Not a fad. Not a strict set of rules. Just real nutrition and training guidance that helps you build a lifestyle you can stick to.
As a qualified Nutrition Coach with a Level 4 qualification in Nutrition and Weight Management and years of experience in fitness and resistance training, I’ve learned what truly works.
The Body guides are my way of sharing that with you.

My Mission
The fitness industry has more than ever been pushing processed “high-protein” foods, artificial meal replacements, and restrictive diets that leave you feeling exhausted, frustrated, and stuck in a cycle that never truly works.
I’d like to change that.
I want to help girls break free from the myths, ditch processed junk, and discover a natural, sustainable way to fuel their bodies. No more relying on flashy packaging or empty promises—just real, whole foods that help you build strength, feel amazing, and see real progress.
I know what it’s like to feel lost, constantly second-guessing what to eat and train, and wondering why nothing seems to work. I’ve been there. And I’ve learned that the secret to transforming your fitness journey isn’t hidden in a protein bar or a diet trend—it’s in nourishing your body the right way.
